Adding questions

Once you have accessed the quiz Add question button screen as above, you can add questions from a number of locations.

Creating a new question

1. To make a brand new question, click 'Add Question'.
2. From the next screen, choose the question type you want to add and click "Next".
3. Fill in the question form, making sure to give a grade to the correct answer.
4. Click "Save".
5. You can continue adding questions this way, clicking 'Add' and '+ a new question' each time. Choosing a pre-made question:If other teachers in the course have made questions, or if a teacher made questions in an earlier quiz, these can be added to the current quiz by clicking 'question bank ' and '+ from question bank' .

Using quiz

This page explains how students can use the Quiz activity and explores. Students take a quiz: * Click on the quizzes on the course homepage and read the quiz
* Click on "Attempt quiz now" button. * Click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to see the next page of questions * To finish the exam,click "Finish attempt" in the navigation block.on the last page of the exam.

Student review a quiz

• A correct answer is shown with the bottom half green with a blue tick.
• A wrong answer is shown with the bottom half red.
• In the questions themselves, correct answers will be in green with a check mark next to it.
• According to your teacher's settings, you might get general feedback, specific feedback on each question and/or overall feedback on your final score.
